Some projects may involve third-party platforms, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software. AS Web Providers is not responsible for changes, service interruptions, pricing updates, or policies imposed by third-party providers.
8. Website Maintenance
Maintenance services cover only the items included in the selected maintenance plan. New features, major redesigns, or extensive development work are not included unless specifically agreed upon.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver reliable and high-quality services, AS Web Providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including data loss, business interruption, or third-party service failures.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and the amount of work already completed. Payments made for completed milestones, custom development, domain registrations, hosting services, premium software, or third-party licences are generally non-refundable.

We respect the confidentiality of client information and take reasonable measures to protect project-related data. Confidential information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or authorised by the client.
